Is my bed routine 'normal'?

I am so tired all the time that I go to bed with LO at 7pm. I co-sleep and feed him about 4-5 times a night and wake around 2am for a drink/snack. I tend to wake around 6am as I have a 5yr old, though I just feel exhausted still, even on this amount of sleep. I can't help but think that other mums seem to go to bed at a later 'normal' time and manage better than me.

I have wasted the last two beautiful days trying to nap when baby does and feel shattered. Is it just me? I am going to have iron levels checked soon.

I go to bed later but my lo sttn, when he didn't he would cluster feed til 11 and sleep til 6 wake for feed and sleep till 9 i'm my bed so I used to get plenty of sleep and still feel tired and I don't have a another child to care for. I'm not surprised you're exhausted that's a lot of awake time in the night.

If I'm tired I go to bed at 8pm. I used to do this a lot when Soph was between 3 and 5 months old.

Get your iron levels checked though, just to be sure.

My LO goes to bed about 10pm, gets up at 9am-ish and I wake him for a feed around 3am - 5 days out of 7 a week thats how it goes roughly

I go to bed between 8-9pm and get up about 8. LO feeds every 3 hours at the min (she's 5 weeks old) x
