Ebf 7 weeks - period pains!?

Hi, as the title says I have EBF my LO since birth 7 weeks ago for the past few days I have had terrible stomach cramps. Not afterpains and I don't think it's an infection as I haven't had any fever. My lochia stopped after about 3 weeks.
Anyone relate to this?!

I've had the odd crampy feeling too that I thought might have been period pains but no AF. It has not lasted long or been that bad so I've not really worried about it. If you are in a lot of discomfort maybe just get checked out. UTI's don't always come with fever but can cause stomach pains.
