My boobs are EMPTY

I've had some big time stress happening lately and it seems like my milk is really suffering.
I'm tandem feeding so the twin on the right is always screaming and crying because nothing is coming out.
How do I know if this is the end? I don't know what to do.
I 100% want to continue breastfeeding.

I would say try your best to relax. They get stressed when you do as they can feel that you are. Eat oatmeal every day as that is supposed to help with milk production. If you still want to breastfeed then I say keep trying and if you need to supplement occasionally thru the day then do so. If you can supplement with a feeding tube that would be best cause then they are suckling while getting extra. Maybe supplementing till your supply gets up will help to keep them happy and then you won't stress about your milk a long with everything else you are stressed about. I would say give each of them one side then they would both be getting something.(unless you are saying your right one is emptier)give twin A side right and twin B side left each time you feed.

If you can spend a day in bed with them doing lots of skin to skin that should help with supply and help you to de-stress.

get some help with La leche league if there is one in your area or talk to a lactation consultant to see what they suggest you do to get your supply back up.

Thanks, lots of nice advice there. I like the idea of skin to skin day in bed. I'm having custody issues with the fob - he's been threatening to take them 3 days a week even though they're 3.5 months old and breast feeding. It's been hard to relax.

Sorry about having to deal with fob. Surely the courts won't agree with that! As for your milk supply, make sure you're drinking plenty of water, eating well and try to find a way to destress. I pump at work and I can attest to the drop in milk supply due to stress.
I hope everything works out for you!

Are you sure you have no milk? Its very normal for your breasts to feel empty after a few months, they regulate to what your babies need. A sure sign to know your babies are getting enough is urine output. At least 5 wet diapers a day for each. Its hard to determine with feeling your breasts, so go by urine output. Also switch babies at each feed. So 1 feed baby A get right side, baby B gets left. the next feed switch order. Or if one side has slower flow(one of my boobs is this way), you can wait until one twin has made letdown happen on the opposite side then latch the other twin onto the slower side so letdown has already happened. You've made it 3.5 months so its rare that u will suddenly have supply issues unless you've been supplementing alot. I'd stop supplementing to get your supply back up if you are.
