I'm so sad right now - my bf journey has come to an end

Well, I could feel it coming on for the last 2 weeks or so, but DS is refusing to bf more often now and when he does feed he doesn't seem to be getting much. This last week he has been waking up frequently in the night really hungry too.

I think my bf days are coming to an end. I was hoping to get to 12 months.

Could it be a nursing strike? Can you express to boost your supply again?

Maybe a nursing strike (I hope anyway)

Unfortunately I have never been able to express, despite paying out lots of money for pumps, grrrrr

Oh that's a shame.
A nursing strike around 9 months is quite common. Keep offering and encouraging and you may find things get back on track. Good luck
