Take a look at the exclusively pumping sticky up above. There are some good tips in there. The easiest way to increase your supply is to pump very often or BF LO very often. Your body will only produce milk if it thinks it needs to so you need to make sure there is a high level of demand either with the pump or the baby.
Is there any way you can get some support IRL? LLL or a lactation consultant may be able to help you get him to latch and help you increase your supply. Make sure to use the slowest flow nipples you can find for the bottles or switch to giving him milk in an open cup.
