At 7 mos I would just do formula and breast milk bottles. The gut is closed so no large molecules can get into the bloodstream and the PH has already changed from the first 6 months of only breast milk due to the introduction of food. It really would not hurt anything at 7 months to supplement a few bottles of formula and I am very pro breastfeeding

I went away for my sisters hen do last weekend, lo was 9 weeks and is 75th percentile. In 24 hours he got through 40oz!!

I expressed in the morning after the first feed for about 2 weeks and froze it.

My friend who's organising it came up with a great solution....

Me, LO and oh go in a dif hotel close to it all so I can go to meals, lunches etc
