How to colour water for table centres?

Blue.

I googled water dye, and it's just bringing up cold water dyes

Could I just dissolve some in water and use that.

Basically, I want goldfish bowls with blue water and crystals at the bottom with floating candles on top. (Flowers are too expensive) xx

Yeah I agree with food colouring, you shouldn't need too much. The venue we have chosen does a similar thing with the floating candles, we can upgrade to flowers if we want but I think they look really nice. They have a square mirror on the table with a round bowl on with gems, water and floating candles, and then around the bowl on the mirror they have tealights and petals. There is a site that you can get the mirrors from really cheap if you wanted to use them too, its this one:

when having table gems make sure you keep them in the middle as if drinks go on top they will make them spill they look really nice but not good when you are drunk and not really waching where drinks are being put
