Probably a stupid question?

but when you have to say you will have 50 guests for a sit down meal do you include yourselves to make it 50 people so you would invite 48 guests or invite 50 guests plus us 2 making it 52 eating?

I got told to include ourselfs in the final number so I'd say 50 including us

lol its the way they word it 50 guest etc you wouldnt think you would class yourself as a guest to your own wedding

I think the venues want to know the total head count, and you could think of it as guests of the venue, which you are included in that (unless you own the venue, lol).
