Previous elective section

I had an elective section with my lo due to him being breech. I want to know what will happen next time I get pregnant? Will they give me the option of a section or will I have to vbac? Tried looking in this section to see if this has been asked before but can't seem to find anything, only about emergencies x

Usually in the UK if you have had a previous CS whether planned or unplanned you should be offered an appt with an OB to talk through your options, be informed about the pros and cons of ELCS vs. VBAC and given the choice.

Do you have a preference?

Not really no. On one hand I'm thinking I know what to expect with a section but in the other I was so jealous of all the other mums on the ward who were up and about literally an hour after the birth looking after their babies. I couldn't even move from side to side lay down so did no care for LO really
