Question about piles/tears after C-section

So a question for you ladies who have had C-sections or given birth vaginally before and dealt with bad fissures and piles before and or afterwards

I have a really bad painful tear that has gotten huge and it hurts to walk and even to pee because of the pressure of just sitting on the toilet
I also have two small piles they are minor and have been less painful when treated with creams and gels however the tear wont go so I was wandering if it gets better after the C-section since you are not pushing and straining your muscles in delivery?

Also do they go away? tears and piles after delivery??

please help if you can

It took 2 months for my tear to heal.

I'm normally a once a day person and I was so terrified of going that I was holding it and going once every 2 or 3 days, which made it that much worse. I had to force myself to try and to go.

I used some creams and suppositories that helped. And the biggest thing is do everything you can to stay hydrated. Drink fluids!
