Dieting Through the Holidays Support!!


Hey ladies-

So I have 3 months until my first round of Clomid. So I have decided I need to get back on track and lose some weight. I plan to do low carb and maybe even aim for keto.

Anybody want to join me and support each other through the holiday festivities?

Just wanted to wish you the best of luck! Loseit or another calorie/exercise tracking app is GREAT! That was the easiest for me- especially through the holidays last year! Kept me honest

Never hurts to get in better shape- especially when your TTC. Been there.

Thanks. I do need to look into getting an app. I have used MFP but will look at Loseit.

Well I haven't gotten to a very good start. I have been staying with my mom the last 4 days since we've had no heat in freezing temps. Thankfully the repair guy is here so hopefully it is fixed!

Having a lovely cheat day and enjoying myself as dh is taking ds and I'm getting my hair cut and might even go shopping alone.

I am planning to weighin tomorrow and I'm thinking I will post a weightloss ticker up top. I need to get into my fitness pal and get that sorted too. My goal is 25 lbs before starting our clomid cycle in 13 weeks!
