Well having got over my period, I did my first ever day of fasting. I had the 800 calories in breakfast and lunch, though I ate lunch later than I planned, at around 4 pm. I didn't eat again til today at breakfast, and I weighed myself, and was quite shocked I had gone down 1.5 kilos (over 3 pounds) from one day to the next I suppose it will go up again a bit, my next fast day is Friday, so I will weigh myself on Sunday to give myself a more accurate vision of how my weight loss is going.It wasn't too hard, but I found going to sleep harder than usual and thinking by then of food, but it was very doable, and if it goes like this, I can see myself in 1 to 2 months at my goal weight for sure!
