100 workouts to do at home - no equipment needed

A lot of these can even be done in the living room without taking an eye off of your LO.

Some of my personal favorites:
10 push ups 10 air squats and 10 sit ups, 6 rounds for time.
100 burpies for time.
Invisible Fran…21-15-9 of air squats and push ups for time.
Sprint 200m and do 25 push ups, 3 rounds.
