I was in here before but I slipped big time and have put on more weight than I lost.
So as of the 2nd April I will be starting SW again and hopefully be starting some exercise such as wii fit, zumba game and some dvd's i have. At the moment i am recovering for a badly sprained ankle so I am hoping by the second I will be able to get up and get exercising again.
I have a kinect which I love for exercising since I don't feel like going out to a class after work, and it makes it way more fun. Plus you don't have to feel embarrassed exercising in front of others. Consoles are brill
I prefer the kinect because it detects your body so its great for things like dance and yoga I have a fitness game, a dance game, 2 sports games, and the adventures that came with it. Only had it a few weeks but definitely noticing a difference. Actually enjoying exercise! x
