My weight loss plan


I finally gave birth last week, and now it is time to focus on myself again. My weight gain during pregnancy was 20kg! So I have a long way to go, but Iīve given myself time until the the end of this year to get rid of the excess.

Crash diets arenīt for me. Instead I make menu plans for the few coming weeks, and try to stick with them to make progress. Then it is easy to cut down certain foods or replace them with others, if the weight hasnīt come off quite the way I was originally hoping for. I guess conscious eating is the key.
