Im 8 weeks postpartum and been wanting to loose alot of weight.
Im 5.3, so my weight is really high for my height
Pre pregnancy i was already overweight weighing in at 11.11 stone.
At the end of my pregnancy i was around 14.7 stone..
My son weighed 7 pounds.
Currently im 13.4 stone and really want to reach 11.7 stone.
So really.. ive hardly lost anything since birth
Ive been attending gym and trying to eat less..ive just got too used to my eating habits during pregnancy..which was eating so much.
Also, i was told not to try and loose weight because im breastfeeding , has anyone else been told this?
