I have just found out I'm pregnant and still haven't lost all my weight from dd so don't want to put to much on with this pregnancy! I have cereal for breakfast fruit as morning snack and afternoon snack and for supper have meat veg and carb! But I don't know what to have for lunch I love bread but know it's bad! I have homemade soups but get bord of them does anyone have any ideas of healthy lunches? Xx
- Soup with bread for dipping
- Homemade salads with lots of veg and things like bacon/chicken/egg as the main filler
- Sandwiches (try to make them a bit more interesting though, i use things like branston pickle flavour cheese, chicken strips with mustard)
- Large fruit smoothie and strips of different veg with tzatziki for dipping
- Wraps (again be creative with fillings)
- Microwave meal when I can't be bothered lol
When i'm at home I prefer to have what you would consider an evening meal for lunch, then eat light for dinner. You can have just about anything that way, and it gives you lots of energy for the day!
