Low GI Diet

Is anyone doing the low GI diet? I've been doing it since January and lost 16lb so far.

Just wanted to swap recipes and ideas.

I am not but I would be interested to know more about it. I seem to be constantly hungry but apparently a low GI diet helps you feel fuller for longer.

Definately stops you feeling hungry.

You have a huge list of foods with a point value. And you have to eat food with a value <55. You have three meals and three snacks a day.

Low GI is < 55
Medium GI is 56 - 69
High GI is 70+

This website is good

My sister was on a low GI and was always hungry for the 1st two weeks but lost over a stone in a month.

I would like to do it myself but I don't know if I can battle the hunger and urge for pastries.
