Going on holiday to Turkey on the 27th - was a complete last minute thing and have just realised i'm going to need to lose weight to be able to go happy! So strict diet for me for the next couple of weeks!
Just doing calorie counting and will try to excerise when I can though i'm pretty rushed off my feet at the moment. Mostly doing lipo wraps to lose some inches which is the only guarantee I have but would also love some pounds off to go with that!
Anyone got an good tips for a quick loss? Just so I can feel a little more confident on the beach!
