Anyone gotten B12 injections? How did they make you feel?

I just have no energy and no desire to do anything, dishes,laundry etc and definitely no desire to work out..so I was thinking about getting B12 injections and wondering if they really do help? Ive done the pills and nothing cept making my pee yellow haha

my teacher at nutrition school always talked about how much energy b12shots give

but i think they inject it in the butt

I get the got b12 every 12 weeks due to being aneamic and the are great I have loads of energy after getting it and can tell when a shot is due as you notice you are feeling more tired than usual. Also you get the injection in your arm and it is a very stingy one. Hope this helps
