I can't pick as have only used Aptamil and Cow and Gate. Aptimal did not agree at all the my LO so we switched to C&G before moving to C&G comfort. What i also don't like about Aptamil is how they charge extra for it because they seem to think its the closest to breast milk, when no formula is.

In my village the local chemist doesn't stock out milk either. So i always pick up a couple when i go into town either at boots or Asda as they both seem to stock full range xx

Aptamil got into a lot of shite for claiming it was closest to breast milk years ago, yet still the myth seem to exist.

I also had 4 small cartons of aptamil on standby incase things didn't work out.

Funny enough when i bought them before LO was born it was because i thought expensive = good and that its the one i had seen the most about. Shows price doesn't equal anything.

We bought the small cartons of Aptamil, SMA, Hipp and Cow&Gate. I was told you're not supposed to swap and change, but i didnt want to buy the big tubs in case he didnt like them or had an odd reaction. He is fine with all but Hipp. That seemed to give him a bad stomach.
We then stayed on SMA as we found the Litre cartons of it, and now we're on the powder. He doesnt seem to like the powder as much though, he keeps spitting it out.

LO only does a poo once every other day, but its apparently normal. He doesnt strain and they are always loose.
