Really struggling to get baby to feed...

Please help...My lo is fed on Nutriprem formula. Its a formula for prem and low birth weight babies. She was 4lb 7oz at birth and is now 7lb 8oz. She is 11 weeks this Thursday. She always seems to struggle to feed, often only having 2oz, sometimes 3oz if she is really hungry. She should be having more now, and sometimes wants 4oz, but she never really gets there. She struggles with wind but she does get it up quite well. She just seems to be really unsettled all the time, squirming and wriggling after her feed.
She also wants to feed little and often, sometimes 2 hours etc.
I'm thinking of trying a different formula but will have to speak to my H/V first as she's still under the care of the neonatal consultants.
Anyone have any advice or been in a similar situation? x x x
