Being sick after every feed?!

Its been roughly 2 weeks now since bryoney started being sick after every feed.. its rare she wont be sick after feeding! she only has 4oz feed every 3-4 hours and burp her after 2oz's..
I've asked my health visitor 3 times and my GP and they keep saying its fine as long as she's steadily putting on weight they didn't even check her over or anything just dismissed me! but im pretty sure its not normal im so so worried for her.. its not a little bit either it looks as if she's throwing up all of the 4oz!

Is this normal?! Could she be allergic to her formula?

sounds like reflux....go back to your GP and ask for carobel to thicken the feed. if that doesnt work ask for enfamil AR and an anti acid like ranitidine or losec. my wee man has silent reflux and has taken us 6 weeks to get him sorted...he is much more content on enfamil AR and rantidine. dont take no for an answer. babys should not be sick after feeds. possetting is ok....but if its alot you defo need to change the milk x

Like above said go back. I had this problem with 1st gp, my lo started then getting worse was being treated for reflux now it's lactose intolerance so he's on neocate ranitidine and gaviscon. Only started new milk yesterday and so far dogwood it seems to have sorted him a little just hope he starts gaining weight again now

My son did this too. Apparantly it looks a lot more than it is because its liquid! If ur lo leaves any of her bottle spill for example 1/2oz and u will c what i mean! It is perfectly normal for them to sick up some milk as its such a short distance from their mouths to their wee bellys! I know it can be scary, i remamber ringing my mum nearly in tears with how much lo had been sick and he just lay playing with his toys, it really doesnt bother them, which then made me feel quite silly! As long as lo is gaining weight and is generally content you hav nothing to worry about x

We had the same problem and we stopped the sick by changing to a bigger teat (no 2) as J was taking in too much air by having to suck so hard. No problems now though xx

I normally dont post in here but my son had this problem. It was horrible and I felt so bad for him. At first his dr thought it may have been reflux but it wasnt so they said he may be lactose intolerant, He is now on Nutramigen and it is great. He hasnt gotten sick since. Hopefully your little girl will stop getting sick Best of Luck and just remember, It will get better

Jack used to be like this, and it transpired he had reflux and was started on Omeprazole, ranitidine and gaviscon. I changed the gaviscon for Carobel as he was getting very constipated and it seemed to help. He is entirely medication free now though
