How many scoops?

Hello All,

Just need a quick answer to a dilemma am having, hope you can help.

I have 260ml/9oz bottles, currently making up to 240 ml with aptamil, which is 8 scoops of powder (one scoop per 30ml).

My LO is demanding a bit more so want to make bottles a bit bigger, but not sure whether it should be:

9 scoops for 260ml (but then that would be only 20ml more than 8 scoops rather than 30ml, and usually they go up one scoop per 30ml)

or

9 scoops for 270ml

I am thinking it might be ok to do 9 scoops for 260 ml especially as this is then just over a 9oz bottle.

Hope you can help, my head hurts! x

How old is your baby? My very hungry little guy is about 20 weeks and is often not "full" after an 8 ounce bottle. We are considering experimenting with a thicker formula.

It should be 9 scoops & 270ml of water.

My bottles are 5oz bottles but they actually take 6oz at a push (you have to measure from a different bottle and pour it in as the lines don't go up that far lol)
