Formula feeding Ladies, when did you get your first period after having LO?

As it says above... My LB is 15 weeks and I still haven't had a period, I know I'm not pregnant again, I've already panicked and done 3 tests even though I know there's no chance I could be pregnant. Is this normal?
Thanks xxx

In my case, had my first period 28 days later and am about to have my second AF at 28/30 days -- I have an underactive thyroid and started taking medication a few months before I conceived -- when it was correctly medicated, I had my first 28 cycle after an erratic PCOS cycles of 21 to 44 days (and got pregnant (yeah!) the next month, and after baby, it's returned to regular, normal cycles as I have continued to take the meds -- I have read that some women post-baby might have some temporary thyroid issues, which can play havouc with your cycles? You could ask your doctor to run a few basic blood tests to check thyroid, iron levels, etc., just to double-check?

best wishes

I have PCOS so it affects my period but I didn't get mine until LO was 3.5 months.
