Can't Login


Hello,

I've been trying to login for the past few hours on my main account and I keep getting the message that I've used up my quota and to try again in 15 mins. I did get an e-mail from the board suggesting that someone had failed to login as me with an ip address that isn't mine. However I'm in a situation where it won't let me login at all now as I'm constantly on the cool down. What can I do? I tried changing my password and used the one the board sent me but it still said "sorry you've used up your login quota". Sorry for the second account but I couldn't find any other way to contact an admin. Please help!

I can't log in either on my original account, exact same thing.
It states that I am trying to log in from IP 10.64.84.32 which is in the United States, I am in Canada.
