HELP My avatar is HUGE!!!!

I don't know what happened but my avatar is huge! Anytime I upload a pic its huge.How do I get it back to normal size?

it's been happening to me at times too

will tell SC though as I don't know why it does it

omg this happend to me too
usually it resizes it for me specially if its saved to my desktop and i add it that way i was like whoa!
