Confused! cant add pics now!

Edit: I tried clearing my cache, restarting pc, and tried to upload again. Same security token error.

Thanks for your help. The pic you sent was a jpeg and it doesn't look like anyone has been able to attach a jpeg since we migrated. As a temporary fix:

If pics are jpeg extension try renaming them to jpg.
eg. change my_image.jpeg ---> my_image.jpg

My work pc isn't allowing me to resave this photo as a .jpg file. I will try when I get home. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi, I keep getting this message too. I have cleared my cache, my pictures are small and in JPG but I am still getting the same message, anything else to try?

I think it's the new error message meaning the pics are too big. I want to try and re-size and upload again but I can't figure out how to resize in Windows Photo Gallery :-/

mmmmmm a bit crappy I cant share my pics with pals on bnb anymore

Thanks for these tips I had the same error message just now so I went away and resized them and they have all uploaded perfectly well in jpeg

I used a programme called PIXresizer, its a freee download, it says suitable up to windows XP but I have always used it and I am now running on Windows 7 and it still works fine - also can help you change from jpeg to other formats like GIF/BMP or PNG etc

Even tried resizing....didnt work
