confused! cant add pics now!

I just added some pics to my journal, all worked fine. Ive tried to add some more and i got this message

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Help please?

I've had exactly the same thing, it's horrid.

How do we get it fixed?????

Hi ladies

We have tested this and there seems to be no problem. Could you clear your cache and try again and if you receive an error could you please take a screen shot and provide a link to the thread your trying to add the picture to or the forum section your trying to add a new thread to containing the picture. I assume you mean an attachment via the forum and not an image hosted elsewhere?

I cleared my cache and it now seems to only let me add some pictures!

I took a screen shot but I cant find it..

Could it be because the pic is too big? It takes a really long time to upload then I get the message about the security token.

Its not an image hosted elsewhere. The link to my journal is in my siggy.

Please specify the size (bytes or mb) of the attachment if you're getting an error.

It wouldnt let me upload a pic that was 2.4mb.

That explains it. It's not related to the update. The maximum file size allowed per image is 512.0 KB. If multiple images are uploaded in a post the total for all can't exceed 2MB. For images that are too large you either have to use an image host or use a graphics editor to decrease the file size. Irfanview is a good free graphics editor for windows.

The confusion was caused because the error message was changed. It used to just say file size limit exceeded or something like that.
