Try flushing your DNS
http://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html

If that doesn't work you can use OpenDNS. I use this exclusively instead on my ISP provided DNS servers. It picked up the DNS switch in BnB very quickly.

The problem is that some ISP's are slow to update their dns servers or the old dns is cached in your network settings so when the ip address of a site changes it's not associated with a name.

Thank you, I'll get hubby to do that for me later

Hi i have tried both those options, they both said it worked but when i try to access i still get the same message that the site is taking too long to repond an it wont open. Would it possibly work if i put the new ip address in and searched that way? if so could you tell me how i get it?.

Thanks for any help.

I'm getting frustrated only being able to use my phone

I tried the flushing thing (which was actually really simple to do, didn't even need hubby's help) and that didn't do anything.
I'm on the open dns site now but it's asking for my full name, home address and number and job which I'm a bit unsure about. Is there a way of getting it without putting all that info in?
Do you think it's worth downloading opera to see if that works or will it be the same?
Thanks for your help

I'm not very technically minded, but can you switch your router on snd off and see if that works? Or has that been suggested x
