Problems accessing the site with sky internet

Hi

Can anyone who contacted sky and managed to get access to the site please tell me what you did?
I called sky this morning and didnt get anywhere so called back this afternoon and an advisor did try to help but he can't find any reason or resolve the problem. If anyone can help it would be great.

Thanks, i did try what they suggested but no luck. I was hoping to get some extra ideas as im stuck for what to try next tbh.

Did you turn the sky box thingy off at the wall and leave it? Maybe leave it for an hour to see if it helps. It worked for me

I left it off all night but doesnt make any difference, still just times out and cant connect. Dont know what else i can do an sky cant help either,

im having the same problem, using a proxy to access BnB at the moment and it's driving me round the bend as I can't upload any pics... have had this problem since the BnB upgrade. It seems our ip addresses may be the problem but aside from turning the router off and on in the hope we are assigned a new ip, which doesnt always work, i cant find any other solution. Anyone came up with a solution?

Im in the same situ as you both, are you both with sky at home just out of interest? i called them but didnt get anywhere and im using a proxy at the mo too which sucks but one of the admins ask me to do a couple of things for them to see if they can help figure it out so fingers crossed maybe there is hope yet.

Yeah I'm with sky broadband...the problem only started when BnB upgraded, can you upload pics using your proxy? I can't

That's interesting. I have Sky Broadband and have had no issues

Could a firewall be blocking access to the site?
