Companies/Groups answering forum posts

I just reported one. It's very strange to have companies signing up to comment or ask people to contact them for further information. Is there any way to stop this or should I just keep reporting?

It's not uncommon for companies to search feedback from their customers and even try and resolve any problems they may come across. It depends really because there is a line and do appreciate you reporting any concerns you may have.
