This morning when I went to log into BnB it said "Account deactivated due to having a duplicate account". I was confused as I only have one account, I know OH has one from the same IP but I knew it couldn't be that. Anyway I closed my browser and it did again. So I diconnected the internet and tried again and then it let me in. This has happened twice now once a few months ago. I just wondered if it was a glitch somewhere Thank you x
Sounds like someone in your household has logged in to an old active account that is deactivated (there is actually one) and I am guessing with your resetting etc your clearing your history/cache so that would make sense why you can login again or you have clicked logout before reset.
