Nannies/au pairs

Anybody know any good nanny agencies? I've decided to get a live in nanny rather then a child minder as I feel Jasmine is better at home with me, but with Rich away alot and my LO due in 9weeks I need the extra help. Any advice is appreciated x

What about asking a pro familia place ? I could imagine they have advice on that ? Apart from councils, (I think they may only know about nurseries) just google.

We are getting an au-pair starting from August!
I actually used this website http://www.aupair-world.net/ and did everything myself.

You start by placing your profile. (You will get tons of replies straight away)
After you choose your au-pair, you have to ask her/him to send you
1)recomendation letters from teachers and etc.
2) police review that she didn't have any offencies
3)medical certificate that she doesn't have any illneses.

If everything is ok you exchange contracts.

All the information you can find on the website.
If you have any other questions PM me

Here we often seek help from confinement lady agency for stay in nanny for our first child. After our baby boy grow up, we also engage stay out nanny to help babysit so that we can go to work.
