Why is it so expensive to eat healthy?

Its so warped. I could buy a weeks worth of ready meals for about £30, and our healthy shopping bill came to a massive £120 this week! Wtf.

yep. I know. Thats why my food bill is so high because I make everything from scratch and have fresh veg all the time.

Being green in general is expensive like biodegradable wipes etc..

Government really needs to work on this. Less importing, more local would help I think!

Surely there must be a local food/farmers market in your area? Would be worth finding out! I can get eggs for £1 a dozen.
