Apparently she was a nurse who was helping out at reception absolutely tragic. Her poor family.

Yup she isn't a receptionist she's a nurse (Not sure why that makes any difference, just that because I'm a student nurse it really makes me feel sick).This is why I HATE things like hoax call slots on radio shows. The human cost of these pranks is totally over-looked. If someone gets upset, they are written off as being a "stick in the mud" or "not able to take a joke." This woman was humiliated on radio and then across the world, and was probably in hot water for giving out information too (because you can bet the managers would be wanting to blame someone!) How absolutely tragic for her family, and just before Christmas |
