Innocent smoothies - 2 for £4 in tescos.

Seriously! I stopped wasting my money on all that fruit, as it wouldn't get used and go off or something. 2 of your 5 a day in one glass. 4 glasses in a carton. Works out sooo much cheaper, for me anyway!

i just blend some frozen berries with some milk and a single serving cup of yogurt. depending on how much milk you put in you can have it thicker or thinner, and if you use a thermal mug you can stick some cold water in it while youre blending and then your smoothie will be cooler. you can get frozen berries, or frozen peaches, it all depends on what you find in the freezer aisle!! good luck

We keep bags of frozen fruits in the freezer and use those. We also use fresh bananas yumm. I use some peaches, mixed berries and fresh banana with some vanilla soy milk and yogurt. I like my smoothies thick so sometimes I add more frozen fruit or ice if it's too thin.

YES if you add a banana it will thicken it nicely, even if you dont like them you cant taste it anyway

berries and soft fruits are best, with fruit juice. All healthy - yum!

Oh and I forgot to say, you can use low-fat yogurt to make it even healthier, and the soy milk instead of regular is good for you too (and you can't taste the difference in the smoothie with all the fruit in it!). Smoothies are a great way to get your daily fruits if you find it hard eating enough of them.
