Little Bit worried now .....


Back a year ago when i was on anti depressants i noticed i was losing alot of hair so we assumed it was that and i changed medication, when i washed and dried it was the worst i would have like a good few strands of hair on my hand then it was all the tiem, in the day i would have lots on my back and shoulders, and mum would often brush my shoulders down saying omg your covered in hair from where u have washed it, but i had my pj's on when i washed it not my jumper, well its back again now and its really bothering me, my hair is flat and lifeless and is getting greasy alot its disgusting iv always had healthy hair I just dont know what it is...im not on any anti depressants anymore which im so pleased about but im losing alot of my hair! HELP!!!

One of my friends had this a few years ago. She wasn't on Anti-Depressants or anything, but she went to the doctors, & they put it down to stress. So much hair was falling out, & we had to try and convince her that it was normal, because she was getting so upset, & more stressed, causing more hair to fall out etc! xx

Yes it stopped hun. I can't remember how long it lasted, but she has the most gorgeous thick head of hair now.

It never looked bad, & she was pulling clumps of hair out. She thought it looked dreadful, but it really didn't at all! I'm sure your's doesn't look bad at all hun! xx

PS..I think they advised her to change her shampoo as well. I think she ended up using Johnson's baby shampoo, because it's much less harsh on the hair! x

Ahh right thanks hun!! il give it a try...im thinking of asking for a re test for PCOS because i have a few of the symptoms still and this is one of them...thanks so much for the reply i feel like im a pain lol xxx
