It does include fruit and toast every day. At least he gets free milk I can make sure he has at least one hot meal a day that he will eat some of.

That's good then. Holly eats a lot better at school as she's less fussy there!

My sons lunch costs about 15 a week too. Its hard as he is secondary now.

I resist buying takeaway snacks or drinks.

Dont shop on empty stomach. Join 'feed my family for 1 a day FB group' fab ideas for using up food due to turn.

We try and repair and reuse when possible, cheaper and helps environment.

Turn heating down.

Walk shorter journeys.

I do online shop and stick to my list.

Have 2 no spend days a week.

I meal plan and order the food online for the meals so that 1- thetes no wastage and 2- im not walking around filling my trolley with stuff we don't need!

I save with the credit union, I set up a standing order so that it goes out of hubbys wages weekly. Because I can't transfer the money by phone it means I rarely dip into it!

I can't find it

I'm going to put all the money I get for Christmas away for birthdays throughout the year, I'm even going to write the cards out because I've already got them and then I won't be tempted to spend it
