I don't really make them, I just try to be the best me I can be. This year i'm going to continue that and try to stay as positive as I can. I like to take the New Year as a boost, so to throw myself into exercising a little more, cut down on alcohol and less takeaways (not that we had many anyway ).
I really need to loose weight so hoping to stick to a healthy lifestyle & get more exercise this year, need more energy also!!
To cut back on spending, I'm always picking up bits & bobs we dont even need, have to save for a family holiday in June so any extra money will go towards that.
To cut down on wasting time online, I browse through a lot of rubbish at time, eg daily mail showbiz when I could use my time more productively, eg tidy out my heaving wardrobe etc !
Here's hoping I can stick to these.
I don't really make resolutions but there are a few things myself and DH want to do this year
1-Start eating healthy and looking at where our food comes from, for me to hopefully lose weight with this approach.
2-A couple of days a week with no screens (I pads, phones, TV)
3-De cluttering our home, not letting possessions take over ie toys lol
4-Saving money for potential large expenses, car repairs, boiler etc.
Most of all it's just to remain happy in our family relationship putting that before everything and everyone else. We have a great balance between work and home that most people can't have so to be appreciative of that especially before our daughters start school.
