Start slimming world or similar
Start going to new things in the afternoons with the kids and get out of our lazy funk.
Less time on my phone
I don't really make them, I just try to be the best me I can be. This year i'm going to continue that and try to stay as positive as I can. I like to take the New Year as a boost, so to throw myself into exercising a little more, cut down on alcohol and less takeaways (not that we had many anyway ).
