I need to cut back on sugar too... I'm a bugger for grabbing something full of sugar to eat quickly/with one hand for lunch when miss W is having hers!

Having dark chocolate as an alternative is a good idea for when you feel that urge DH got some for Christmas and I had two pieces and that was enough....

I really need encouragement to lessen my sugar intake! Chocolate and biscuits are my downfall. I don't actually eat loads, like 2 biscuits a day and one piece of chocolate but it was worse over the holidays. My problem is needing to add in healthy food, a proper breakfast etc because I would grab a biscuit for lunch and a cup of tea but not actually eat a proper lunch and then by dinner I'm moody and grumpy cos my sugar levels have crashed.

Ive been having granola with yoghurt for breakfast (instead of toast or biscuits) and a small handful of nuts/raisens as a snack, instead of chocolate.

I am trying to cut things out like chocolate and biscuits at the moment. It is so hard, especially in the evenings. I find it is better for me to just cut it out all together because once I get a taste of it I will just continue eating!!

Banana and peanut butter for breakfast, but ate a cupcake as I made some for a friend who's having a baby in a few days.
