We've let neighbors throw extra bags in our can before. I don't think I'd ever use someone else's trash can without checking with them first, though. It's not something I'd ever get upset over, but I definitely have had neighbors before who would be ticked about someone throwing anything in their bin. it's actually been a dramtic discussion thread on the community FB page before, lol.
Thanks. I think they are away for 1 more week, but decided its best not too, i can imagine im complaining about it. He once complained that someone on the streets car wouldnt start so the mechanic looked through the window and went out to help. Also he isnt a huge fan of the way i park my car and actually complained to my mum, who doesnt even live here.
If he's prone to complain about things, then I wouldn't either. I would never care if any of my neighbors used mine while I was out of town (as long as it was picked up and empty by the time I got back home), but I'd never do it. I just wouldn't go on someone's private property and use something of theirs unless they had already told me I could.
