We have 6 children but only 2 at home during the day as the rest are at school.
I find I don't socialise as much as I used to, been one of those things that's happened gradually really and I need to start going back to playgroup again I think. We do see friends during the week and there's always something going on and places we need to be.
Hello :-)
Wow a lovely big family. I can imagine that its hard to imagine working around school runs etc. just my 1 child seems to get unwell alot mainly in the winter. Despite eating fruit and vegetables and drinking water she has had 4 tummy bugs in a year and i caughy 3 of them.

I totally relate to thinking how nice it would be to earn a little money and Do something a few hours a week other than mummy and cleaning duties. X

Hi everyone I'm a SAHM to my 5 year old and 1 year old. My DH works shifts which can be difficult especially when he is in bed and I have to keep the kids quiet.
I plan on going back to work once my son goes to school although I have no idea what as, as the company I used to work for don't exist now and we moved to a new area.

Bless you, being stuck in hospital is the worst and it is heartbreAking that he has put this extra pain onto you but i always say we are here once so you deserve A good life and a happy one. Maybee when you feel better you and your friends can make some plans too. Cinema or a drink or a beach day or shopping. You will find someone again when you ate ready/if you want too. I am sure you have alot to look forward to even though it feels rubbish right now. Keep making little plans for you and your little one and try to keep strong. We have all been here. I was with two men before my oh one for 3 years and one for two. They both caused me alot of hurt and stress but now i am 5 years into my relationship and i am truly happy. It will take a little time xx

Hello :-) i sometimes have to keep dd quiet too if my oh is working from home. Not always easy lol!! He is usually on the road though and several hours away which is hard. I know what you mean about wanting a little job when they are at school but not sure where or what. Its hard not having your own earned money isnt it. My oh is happy sharing his money but i dont like using it for makeup and clothes. I obviously do get the odd thing but i try to manage with the minimum for me

Hi ladies hope you're all having a good day I am enrolling Thomas in swimming classes tomorrow. I rang today but need to fill in paper work. He starts Saturday and his occupational therapist will be his tutor. I'm so excited for him. I never got to do any lessons or classes when I was a child so I feel really happy that I can do these things for him.
