Friends of ours have a little boy about a month older than Rocco. We were talking about entering in our local Halloween parade as a group with themed costumes. The ones we've thought of so far are the Wizard of Oz, but a LOT of people do that. I was thinking the boys could be a cow and pig and we could all be farmers. That would be easy enough. I was also thinking they could be bees and we could be beekeepers. Lol. Our friend is pregnant so we thought about incorporating that too. I also thought farmers and the boys could be pumpkins. I'm thinking we will probably have them sit in a wagon and pull them around the parade.
Any other ideas? Something cute and creative! They give prizes for the best
Now it might just be me and my husband and LO. I texted her that I was trying to come up with ideas and she said "that would be fun, but I don't know if Tyson would sit still"
I LOVE Halloween and I sometimes go over the top so we're totally going to do it still. But now it's just 3 of us
Last Halloween I took Joseph to a party and I went as a Voodoo Witch (kind of a New Orleans style, lots of lace and glamour rather than black pointy hats and green faces, and I dressed Joseph as my Voodoo Doll.
He looked very cute, I just decorated an all in one sleepsuit and a hat with odd bits of stitching and buttons etc (I even got some skull buttons), got some plastic bones and skulls from poundland and they had black and white tinsel decorated with skulls that I wrapped around his pushchair with some light up skulls. It all looked very good when I was finished and we won a prize. Joseph even had a little soft toy sacrificial chicken which was very cute.
