Hi everyone
My OH went for an interview on Wednesday and he said he got a right grilling, but when they called him to give feedback they said he did a brilliant interview and have asked him to go for a final interview on Monday, including a 20 minute presentation.
He is so desperate for this job because he really HATES his current job and it's starting to affect us because he's always so down

So I want to help him in every way I can to get this job.
In the presentation he has to cover the following points and I was wondering if anyone in recruitment/IT recruitment (or anyone really regardless of job) could help with key things he should cover. Please don't think I'm being lazy and not bothering to google/do my own research - I'm not, I've got a colicky 8 week old and lunatic of a 19 month old so I've really not got much time & OH wants to make a start on the presentation tonight, lol!!
The questions are:
Why do you want to work for [company]?
How would you build a sucessful Java Territory in Yorkshire from scratch?
What do you think makes a sucessful IT recritment consultant?
Why do you think you will be a successful recruitment consultant?
Why do you want to work for [company]?
I do have some ideas myself - I did my teacher training before having Emma so some of these questions are quite similar but wanted to get as much help as possible for OH.
Thanks in advance
