Ebay again lol - Page 2

Thanks ladies i have issued a refund, im prob just being well paranoid but i just wasnt happy .. i didnt have sufficient packaging literally an old box that was very flimsy and normal celotape, and i couldnt print the label he sent me with bar codes etc as i have no printer, just all felt too shoddy.

Ive cancelled but got no reply, he's been well arsery with me since i said i was going to cancel .. telling me he already arranged courier and paid £15 which is non refundable . yet he states he has an account with them so surely if he rings before the courier is due to depart it makes no bloody difference.

He's a games company ive seen his business ebay page he's just using my stuff to resell on .. all i wanted was to sell to a local family it was a great deal a full wii 3 remotes 13 games motion plus etc for a really cheap price .. didnt ask for all this polava.

Just tell him that you stated Collection only and next time he should read the listing correctly.

If you get any abusive mesages, report them and him to your Blocked Bidders list.

Unfortunately this isn't the case. Ebay isn't the problem, its paypal. They are very much biased towards the buyer and unless you have a copy of The buyers signature (which you would not get if they arranged collection with their own courier) and the goods were delivered to the buyers address registered on paypal then paypal will rule against you on an INR dispute. Its wrong, but its the way its been happening lately.

Yeah, that is totally shit.... I wonder if anyone would look into the legalities of it and challenge paypal?
I have sent things recorded, but you didnt get a copy of the signature. Do they all do this now?
