I never do this just because i have to do so many of them they would never all fit! I fill a whole tray!

I always flour mine tho after par boiling. Leave them to go cold or cooled down in a pan and then put in roasting hot oil. Makes them so crispy! everyone who has my roasties say they are the best they've ever had

Put the chicken in the oven, I boil the potatoes for a bit first. And then put them in and yummy.

Hmm...fancy a roast dinner now!!

yes! far easier and less stressful than messing about with trays of hot oil

Goose fat ones are the best! Par-boiled, then shaken up, can even add a bit of semolina to crunch them up, although I personally don't, then roast - omg i WANT roasties right NOW!

Yum! I always do mine this way too, par boil then just put them on the chicken tray

BUT (shock horror ) I tried aunt bessies mid week roast potatoes the other day when I was in a rush and they were lovely! they are ok to have in I guess!

We do put them in the same tray but don't boil them first x
