Mother's Day

So there's only about 2 weeks left till mother's day, What are you all buying your mothers? I normally just get my mum choc's and a card but want to buy her something special this year as she has helped me so much with my son when i broke my arm when he was 4 months and just generally helping out that were very greateful for.

Im thinking of a necklace but cant decide on what sort.

What are you all getting? xx

Honestly? I've no idea. I'd not even thought about it till I saw the signs in Asda earlier on this afternoon and thought crap, that's coming round soon! Probably just buy her a card and either a small gift or big bunch of flowers.

A necklace would be lovely for her

I think a necklace would be really nice. You could get her a grandma/nanny mug or picture frame as well.

I don't know what I'll be getting because I'm skint lol

i've had my friend, who makes cupcakes/buns/cakes as a living, to make her 12 cupcakes designed as roses then they are being made into a bunch of flowers (edible of course) & i have also bought her the mother's day giftset from Lush with hand cream, moisturiser, bathmelts, bath bombs etc xx

What date is mothers day?

My mum doesnt celebrate it, so we dont get her anything. My MIL though, she says she doesnt like us to spend money on her but we always get her a card and maybe some chocolate or flowers
