Meal ideas please

Moved house over weekend

But the oven was left in a vile way

Need to cook a few dinners before I get the chance to clean it so was after some meal ideas where I don't need the oven- I thought fajitas but if we wanted some chips we can't. Lasagne, cottage pie both oven. Will it grilled meat and veg for a few days???

Stir fries, soups,pan fried steak or chicken breast, rice, pasta and of course in this weather salad xx

Risotto, paella, various pasta dishes, griddle pan can be your friend...burgers, meats, kebabs, fish.

You can make lovely chips by frying thin cut potatoes in crisp and dry or suchlike, lots of maldon sea salt. Mmmm!

Lovely weather, so big, hearty salads...tuna nicoise, Greek salad, chicken caesar salad, seafood salad.

Casseroles, dolmades...
